Warrington has its own mental health website to help us look after our wellbeing, enjoy life and find support when we need it.
You’ll find lots of links to local and national websites that give clear information about a wide range of mental health problems, symptoms, treatments and support services.

The Wellbeing team can offer free one to one support, to help people manage things like money worries, social isolation, health problems and reducing smoking.
